    Great place for a first job or develop yourself in basic engineering.
    The good thingsHelpful and friendly coworkers,fascinating field of business,less stressful job unless you meet some fussy customer then you may feel the stress a bit. Overall, this company environment is good for those who want to start their first job.
    The challengesUnorganized planning or unexpected customers request that may disturb the working flow. Some simple decisions also need to follow HQ.

    A perfect place to learn and gain experience
    The good thingsThe technical and life experience you will gain by working in this company is very valuable. The management and senior staffs are very keen on the basic skill you need to have to be a good mechanical technician/engineer. They will provide you a thorough practice until you are capable to work on your own. Aside from that, the other benefits you will get are on par to other company which offer higher pay.
    The challengesIn the long term, there is no career growth since the company has very few staffs. However, there could be changes in later years since the company is growing in term of staff number and sales. The workload here is considerably high, and overtime is always expected even during weekend.
