    I would say the organisation and management should be completely revamped
    The good thingsAffordable cafe provided, claimable allowance for outstation (it depends on the HR)
    The challengesMiscommunication, terrible workflows, senior staff not showing good examples to the junior (lazing around, being late to work, not delivering the task properly), haven't learned any substantial skills throughout my job period, a lot of traditional document management instead of digital.

    The good thingsThe time of working and family is very balance. At the same time the this organization prepare a salary, various type of allowance and bonus not more less than two month. The environment of work place is very conducive such as existing of gym, cafe, pantry, prayer room and medical room. The upper level staff always support and help lower level staff to make sure the objective of company can be achieve.
