Working ExperienceThe good thingsOverall working at Nagoya even he benefit is not so attractive compared with Multinational Company, but the working environment consider is acceptable. We works for life, so the working environment is very important , such as the communication among colleague is great , all can communicate and discuss together to find out the solution. Most important is no any politic issue at the working area.
The challengesThe most challenging is because Nagoya consider as Light industry, so most of the thing need to investigate by ourselves compared by waiting other to give the guidance . And, mostly the job not related with us we also need to do ourselves. that's so challenge us because my roles is marketing executive and need deal with customer,so every time before start talk with customer,i need to filter first.
