    Great place to develop and grow professionally but currently really unorganized in terms of processes and operations.
    The good things- The organization currently has an open and inclusive top management team. - Management tries to empower employee to be independent and improve rather than taking a micromanagement approach. - Good focus on employee wellbeing. - Good opportunities to learn and develop. Access to great online training and development site to prepare for professional certifications and for career growth.
    The challengesThe organization has grown through acquisitions over the years but has not organized its processes and operations properly so expect the unexpected and lot of firefighting. There is some really unprofessional working culture that were inherited but there is a concerted effort to streamline and get things organized now with the new CEO at the helm.
