    Flexible in the working hour
    The good thingsVery flexible working hour when team up with. Keep on learning to be an independent personnel. Team work spirit in the team during work. If the schedule is tight need us to work during Sunday or Public Holiday. After complete 1 project, will have a few days off to rest.
    The challengesConstruction is always under pressure and learn to be how to solve any scenario when happen plus must ask the senior and manager advise before make any further action.

    overall for fresh graduate is a good learning process
    The good thingswithout guidance from superior. Advantages..can learn from the maincon. They are willing to teach. Once get COW recommend dont miss up the chance.
    The challengesget ready into politic working life. self study without senior guide. dont think senior will come punctuality even they said running "ISO". No OT. Always late back. Salary very late.

    Good experience, good boss, good salary, no social life, no teamwork, long hours with no ot, uncertainties over salary payment date. Overall good experience for entry level candidate.
