    The good thingsWorklife balance. This company encourage staff to learn new things. As a training provider company, staff can attend training classes and become trainers as well. Senior employees provide a lot of mentoring to new employees.

    The good thingsIts a new environment working with them. The employer Mr Hussin is a good leader there know how to make a new staff confortable with the work. There teach me how the company works with. There teach me do and don't while working and deal with customer.

    The good thingsThe Company are open to give equal opportunity for all employees to expand their knowledge and skills by attending training course which related to their job responsibilities. In addition, the Company also have their program and target to ensure the competencies of employees are meet the expectation to achieve the Company objective as as leading training center in OSH.
    The challengesThe Company is agency under Ministry and have to abide and restricted to the regulations and policies of government especially on the salary scheme and career progression.

    The good thingsHave a pleasant and good working environment among the staff. Staff welfare are taking care by the employer especially when related to the safety and health matters. Highly recommend for fresh graduate to get an experience and learning the corporate world. Staff being given the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge by attending course.
    The challengesTo completed the task or project within the time frame are too challenging due to short of time. Lack of English communications make us worst to deal with external party. To convince and satisfy staff are difficult especially support staff were they are too demanding.
