Bad management and annual increament is mystery. No job promotion and no fairness. Good for fresh.
The good thingsFlexi working hour with night call and need check work on weekend
The challengesVery problem management and HR. Promotion and salary had been predetermined for select people. Increment here is very unfair as based on hidden criteria. No job satisfaction and dead end job handling problematic customers with very little training and no backup staff. So even on leave and ph still need monitor email. Never join technical support dept. Co workers are very closed minded and come from difficult to handle arrogant peoples. Join for experience but never for building a career.

Good work life balance with r@cist management.
The good thingsWork life balance and good benefits
The challengescompany culture is not truly inclusive, and there appears to be a lack of equal treatment for employees from diverse r@cial backgrounds. It seems that individuals who are not part of the majority group are often treated as temporary or less valued members of the team. lack of direct feedback on my performance. Issues are not addressed until the annual review, and when feedback is given, it often results in an unexpected negative evaluation with no prior warning or opportunity for improvement. I believe that a truly diverse and inclusive workplace should provide equal treatment, transparency, and clear communication to all employees, regardless of their background. NI failed to do so.
