Lots of growth opportunities, and the cause is something worth working for..
The good things The past year has brought a transformation of management within the foundation. The new vision emphasizes employee development, adaptability, and impactful results, which are the key pillars of our cultural shift at NKF. We are embracing a new perspective and fostering a culture of mutual accountability and dialogue. It has been a thrilling journey.
The challengesIf high salary is what you are going for, this is not the place. The pay and benefits are fair, but definitely not one of the strongest suits given that it's an NGO. Sometimes the layers of beuracracy to get things approved or reviewed is abit much - something we are working on to improve..

    Great start for fresh graduate
The good thingsYou practically do counseling and health screening on daily basis. You could refresh your knowledge working here. Teammates are great!
The challengesThe cons are no training related to nutrition provided, had to find locum train them on the spot during the event, limited health tests, not enough marketing and promotion, not well known despite this company's old age, and certainly not a long term career. Not to mention long hours wasted spent on road alone.

Working long hours but for great allowance
The good thingsMeeting new people everyday and assisting them how to improve their diet intake and lifestyle to better ones are definitely a worthy experience. However, for those who have motion sickness and easily get migraines from long distance journey on road, you guys should rethink your decision to work here under lifecheck management. You may prepare yourselves some meds as we go out every single day. But our company will provide subsistence allowance as compensation monthly.
The challenges-long hour journey -working on weekends -have target 45participants which quite difficult to achieve of the place has very low human traffic and not strategic -low salary -slow career development for nutritionist
