Positivity is the key to success, if you cant have positive mental attitude, you hardly survive hereThe good thingslots of negative energy surrounding the place, but if u can turn it to positive energy, its a good place to work here, a little bit of stress is a catalyst towards your work excellency.
For me i feel the salary is competitive compare to other same local company, but still there's room for improvements.
The challengesjust like i mention above, its the environment, and the people around here creating that kind of negative vibes. sometimes positive attitude will bring you more unnecessary job. if any of the current employees read what i wrote, you know what i meant.
