    The good thingsContinuous upgrading training for all staffs which are a plus to this Company. Have good set up but did not have the right candidates to run the Company. Used to be excellent under FedEx where merits given based on performance and results oriented. After separation, Management changes and priorities and yearly staffs review often on preferences rather than actual performances.
    The challengesShould employ the right candidates with justifiable salary based on experience and capability. Morale of the employees can then boast up, thus will create a competitiveness amongst peers to excel. If not proper awarded tend to create a low morale of employee, hence unable to create a atmosphere of excellence in the working environment.

    The good thingsThey are good in training new employees with no experience, especially in the Sales & Marketing Department. I started as a rookie with no experience at all in Sales, and the manager actually took the effort to ensure that I understand the basics skills required in order for me to perform the assigned tasks.
    The challengesInternal politics are quite bad, however you will be okay by just concentrating on your job and perform well. There will always be arguments between the Sales and the Operations department and the only way to survive that is to ensure that you always know what you are doing and foster the relationships with the other colleagues to the best of your abilities.
