    The good thingsEmployer are friendly, able to understand worker's situation. in working place we work in small team therefore have no much argument problem.
    The challengesyou get bored as you work for long time because the job itself is repetitive, mostly are regular customers coming back, working environment is small, less chance to connect with people out there
