    A consultant’s perspective
The good thingsFlexible, fast decision making, good paymaster, profitable and growing
The challengesAddressing Historical chaos in the labs - qa,qc, Rnd, regulatory - a bunch of people lacking integrity and the drive to work hard expecting to do whatever they wish without any adherence to standards guidelines and SOPs. What a relief to have reorganised and revamped the situation!

Personal development in a growing company
The good thingsThe company provides a lot of opportunity for growth if the staff performs. There are long serving staff who have climbed the ladder from production to manager.
The challengesI was promoted several times and eventually became senior in operations. I didn’t have the paper qualification for quality/research but could do their jobs. Sadly the team members with qualifications weren’t honest in their work and management had to take stern actions to correct the situation and improve. The big bosses and hr had to monitor things very closely after that episode.

A very good place to learn, in a performance driven environment.
The good thingsVery friendly and close knit team, helpful and friendly. Easy to work together.
The challengesFocused on performance, challenging to manage as there was a group of team members in the operations who acted without integrity and action had to be taken. Of course that is not pleasant.

A great learning experience with a good environment.
The good thingsThe most enjoyable factor when it comes to working for this company is the extremely caring management team. Employees are allowed freedom in their working hours if an emergency pops up. Besides that, you gain valuable working knowledge with brilliant opportunities to be involved expeditions etc.
The challengesThe work can sometimes get very heavy at certain times of the year.

    A great experience!
The good thingsAt this company, I interned under the Managing Director’s office with some exposure in the Business Development and Corporate Communication department. Most of the colleagues here are extremely warm, kind and helpful. I learned a lot while I was interning here. Being a small company, I had the opportunity of being directly involved in some of the ongoing projects. I gained a lot of experience as a result of being involved in several projects simultaneously. This situation has allowed me to sharpen a number of my skills and acquire a few new ones. This company is a great place to work especially if you are interested in acquiring new skills and working in a fast paced environment.
The challengesThe only challenge I faced working here is that the office is rather small for the number of workers it has. However, it is still workable. I was still able to perform my work accordingly. The company is expected to move to a new bigger building within a few year as I was involved in this project while working there.

The culture is one that is friendly but high performing
The good thingsColleagues are very willing to assist and help to complete tasks. A very rewarding career and work place for the select few. Opportunities include international travel, career growth opportunities and exposure to industry events which can be very rewarding especially for the less experienced and those thirsty to learn
The challengesBe prepared to work hard and play hard. Anyone slacking in their work will be subject to peer pressure to perform.
