    Great environment
    The good thingsFlexible timing and work-life balance culture. The colleagues are friendly and cooperative, can work as a good team. The the operations personnel (production, quality and logistic) GM, and COO always being supportive and helpful. A lot things can be gained and experienced as the organisation is small and need to be independent.
    The challengesOnly flaw is financial control is burdening because not having a good pattern of cash-flow.
