    The good thingsAs marketing personnel do not need to work work during weekend. But as developer standing point it is something negative.
    The challengesThe challenge is to work with rubbish superior and hand off management. Slow in decision, never take action on ideas presented. No implementation and they only hope things will happen.

    The good thingsRegular training provided specially for general staff. Salary paid on time. when the company makes good profit they will organize for company trip including families.

    The good thingsGood Working Environment and Experience you will face. I've got this opportunity to join this company at very low basic in development. It is not Zero to Hero, but at least this company has helped me to understand the flow in construction development. The opportunity that not everyone can have it.
    The challengesOverall is good! i mean, all companies must have their own problems. but how to overcome it, that is the other issue. in an easy way, if you fail to plan.. you plan to fail!

    The good thingsi have the best 5 years working with this company. it's all because of the people. we are a big family. this company have mega projects, but no matter how high they fly, they never forget their people. with the spirits of togetherness and achievement, it is no wonder this company have been thriving for the past over 40 years.
    The challengeswell, mega projects require more effort from everyone in it. nobody said it is going to be easy but challenges is the thing that makes them grow and prosper. problems? yes. everyday. A human are not perfect, together, we make US perfect.

    a good company for fast leaner
    The good thingsquite a systematic on the working level, nevertheless still need an improvement on some decision and direction of the management. need to keep up the momentum and focusing more on the existing projects.
    The challengesenjoyable working environment, however the management need to appreciate more towards the staff contribution and fairly treat everybody. some of the working load are not distribute accordingly making some people with more stress.

    A place to work and learn new process in property industry
    The good thingsThe staff benefits among the best received including medical card for spouse and kids, up to the standard. Good increment 6%-8% per year when economy was okay. Friendly staff and feels like home. Great CSR activities compare to some public listed companies, boring environment, work and work. Never a dull place to work at TTDI. The company have a vision and good branding and well-known project. Sports activities with the local authority to build up reputations.
    The challengesToo many lady bosses that entangled with office politics which affect lower ranking staff performance and focus. Taking too long in making decision for property design and launching.

    The good thingsAn awesome place for 2nd home! Great working environment, awesome colleagues, feels like a family. Provide good benefits, at par with current market and provide competitive salary. Not only focus on work, but also provide work-life balance. (Eg. Sports Club, Annual Dinner & Family Day)

    The good thingsThe benefits given to staff are good, great working environment where every staff treat each other like a family. Although quarrel is standard things to happen between one to another division, we still do our job professionally and tried to please everyone at the greatest level. The bosses are very good in knowledge and had a very wide experiences and always willing to share with subordinates.
    The challengesThe salary of the staff, especially the old staff should be revise from time to time to ensure it is at par with what other company is offering. This might indirectly helps the employees to remain peacefully at the company without having to find another job that might have a better offerings, especially in terms of salary.

    The good thingsthe good things when working with this company are the very helpful, friendly , and understanding boss, good environment, making a good working partners and really big opportunities to learn a very much new things and improvement.
    The challengesto grab the opportunities i need to learnt , practice and visit it self to more understanding compare just learnt and keep it on the note book. working direct with customers will more challenging when i need to learnt more patient, communication skill also do not make any promise when you cannot commit.
