    The good thingsThere are good in managing their worker. High salary if you are perform in your work. The best thing is staff training. During their staff training it is really fun and enjoy.
    The challengesThe challenge is customer behavior. But it is normal for retail industry to adapt with customer behavior.

    2 years experience with nothing given. Management easily give up at C stores.
    The good thingsSALARY PAYMENT FOR A STORE IS GOOD! B STORE & C STORE NEVER ACHIEVE STORE TARGET. LACK OF INCENTIVE BUT HIGH OF QUESTIONING STAFF FOR THE PROBLEMS.
    The challengesCompany do not treasure staff. Never give chance to staff that have more experiences in the company. Keep hiring Manager or Supervisor from outside but do not give a chance on old staffs. Staff CAREER DEVELOPMENT CHANCE only for A STORE while B & C stores never give chances. If I were the OPERATION MANAGER, will be better to swap A store Staff to B & C stores, see if it the problems on staffs or YOU! Luckily I left the company before 2020.

    the best place for person who love sports and do retail job.
    The good thingsI enjoy because the environment so good with a good manager and good teammate make me feel comfortable to do job and really supportive teammate. One of the best thing to work here is I,m one of Adidas fans.
    The challengesThe challenging part in this job is when the stock come. It take about 2 days full to finish all the stock. Other than that, dealing with various customer behavior is one of the challenge because they always want to win even they make a false.

    People who work there are great and its a good environment
    The good thingsI had a very nice experience in my time working at adidas. You felt like a family while working there. Even with all this you still would get stuff done very efficiently. Very nice work environment as well at the outlets.
    The challengesAlways involved with customers and making the customers understand brand values and how good the brand is, sometimes customers can be very thankless, and sometimes frustrating/not understanding the brand.
