    The good thingsFounder and managing director of the company is very humble and very kind.
    The challengesHave to deal with toxic and factional behavior among employees. Middle management is not competent in solving problems and is not consistent in giving decisions

    Before I joined, I chose to overlook the negative comments about the toxic atmosphere. However, upon joining, the reality of it became undeniable. And it cannot be changed. Regretful.
    The good thingsThe best thing is that the pantry never runs out of food. If you are hungry or thirsty, just go to the pantry.
    The challengesToxic environment here especially management, if you're a fresh graduate it's very challenging for you to enter because everything here has to be independent and a fast learner.

    The good thingsGood benefits and there are still some nice apples among the bad! The directors are very good.
    The challengesNo proper job onboarding and product training, a tremendous challenge if you are a fresh graduate. Honestly, very toxic vibes spread around the company and no action was taken, need to adapt to the bad culture in order to survive and work here.

    Horrible middle management
    The good thingsPantry is always full and quite satisfied with the pantry’s quality.
    The challengesBad middle management and toxic environment overall. Bad work life balance, disturbing your peace at home with calls from the office even on leave. Going back on time is not an option as more drama will follow from it.

    Humble Management ever
    The good thingsThe Management care on staff well-being. Build a re-charge room for staff to relax. Opportunities are given equally to everyone who able to grab it. All head of department was very helpful and always guide team member whenever needed. I had a great time working here. Lots of activities being organized for us to have fun.
    The challengesThe table is rather small and sometime we do not have space to keep our stuff. Sometimes have to work late to complete task especially during the covid era.

    Great working environment
    The good thingsThe management team is very humble. There is lots of opportunities to enhance my career path. HOD gives lots of flexibility for me to complete my task and always guide me when needed. The benefit provided here was great as well. Company even bring us to overseas for holiday as bonus.
    The challengesThe transaction volume was huge during the covid era. It was non-stop working but everyone was happy and help each other.

    The good thingsGood career for fresh/junior. Normal benefit for staff, salary on time, work-life balance.
    The challengesStrictly follow the job scope and really everyday need to talk to the senior or else the senior will look you like you didn't do anything even you've done as per rules. High turn over too, new come and go within a year only.
