    Claimed to be world-class, but management was the worst. I joined with high hopes—my dream job—but was retrenched just 6 months into probation. If finances were bad, why hire me? Extremely disappointed. Ask the right questions before accepting any offer.
    The good thingsThere are benefits like insurance and a reasonable salary
    The challengesThis was my dream company. They claimed to be world-class, so I believed I had a future here. But just 6 months into probation, I was retrenched. If there were financial issues, why hire me? I feel hurt and disappointed. Please ask the right questions before joining.

    Decent working place but with its flaws
    The good thingsSupportive team with friendly working environment. Good work-life-balance with opportunities to learn on the job whenever there's new project/opportunity. Freedom to learn new skills, knowledge and attend trainings organized by vendors.
    The challengesLocal top management always change. High turnover for sales personnel, Lack the necessary specialized technical resource to support and win projects. HQ does not have a good understanding on our situation. They are too focus in pushing sales without clear plan, strategy and putting resources to succeed.

    The challengesNo country lead and direct involve from HQ without knowing the local situation but only know keep pushing. All the good peoples was gone. Procedure is getting more & more. All also want to be give ideas but no one is dare to make the decision. End all push to lower. Always stress when the HQ ppls come.

    our company collaborated to other party regarding the management, and few site will be terminated, it make me dissapointed
    The good thingsOur employer is good, but sometimes they should not agreed for another party to make decision. How feel other worker will missing their jobs ? How they can pay their loans, such as house, cars and how about for other workers have their own family? That's all. Thank You to my employer.

    The challengesI start with fresh graduate when i start working here. So, there is so many hard thing that i faced because this is my new field for working and totally different with what i was learn in college. The biggest challenges is i start with work in offshore for my first graduate here.

    The good thingsI can learn everything at here. I found a very kind of click. Have a lot of presure but i like because i like a adventure. I got a lot of experince at here, now i can do a troubleshoot and repairing the motherboard. I know more about electronic equipment and how to use the right tools on repairing motherboard. I also improve my soldering skills,now i can solder on SMD and VSOP electronic equipment
    The challengesMore better.the challenge is i must play the heat every day. The temperature is about 360°c. I also play with smallest electronic component, if i want see that component i must see go through with microscope.

    One of the best Company
    The good thingsThe working environment here is great, excellent management with zero pressure. As a technical support engineer for about 2 months, I like the environment here, all the staff are friendly and even the bosses too. I would like to recommend this company to fresh graduates as this company is a good company to enhance your experience and skills.
    The challengesThe challenges working here sometimes you have to travel and use your money in advance if there is any project outside the company. It doesn't really matter as I like to travel and you can claim all the advanced the expanses later of course.
