    Very pleasant and hype working environments
    The good thingsThe environments, the knowledge, the input and output, also the team colleague. Gain a lots of confidences and experiences by get on hands in real situation, real devices and absolute teamwork. The supervisor and founder also the others colleague was friendly, and doing great. It's a pleasure and awesome to be involved in this technical support team.
    The challengesNeed a lots of knowledge and early studies about what you state in the resume, need more confidences to see and get to know various types of customers. But, it's fine, not bad at all, because they also providing training in the while.
