Good software house workplace in the market
The good things- Salary is competitive when compared to other software house. OT are claimable too. Attractive bonuses - Noticably there are many colleagues who worked many years in the company starting from a lower position and climbing up. This shows that there are opportunities for career growth - Team culture is great as the team members will help each other out and seniors offers to provide guidance. - There are rewards given to high achievers within the company which is a good incentive.
The challenges- Team are divided up to focus and be responsible on different modules. After a while, your work may feel repetitive as its the same module. But if voiced out, the bosses will listen. - Occasionally high workload. Same as other software houses, sometimes workload is high. But here offers OT claims and the teamwork helps in motivating.

    Tech Company with Good Culture
The good things- Energetic employees with healthy culture, no politic game - As SDN BHD, employee benefit consider good and a lot of side activity (annual dinner. retreat trip, movie night and yearly bonus)
The challenges- Need to improve SOP and processing timeline

A good start for a fresh grad
The good thingsThe people, remote working and good benefits. A good starting point in my opinion. Salary are decent.
The challengesThe workload comes suddenly and may suddenly overwhelms you. Could be either a good challenge or a stress inducing week.

Messy, unstructured work style, poor management and hr
The good thingsGood support and help from seniors
The challengesWhen asking for overtime because of the task at hand, they will ask a lot of questions and point fingers at your mistakes. Management is considered to be very poor. The way HR handles work is disrespectful and careless. Production support is a nightmare, they can trigger you at any time, even if you're sleeping or lounging, you have to fix issues asap. There is not much guidance, and the large system has to be explored by itself. If you can't solve it, be prepared to be scolded and questioned.

No work life balancing, Ad-hoc style, stressful and pressure
The good thingsBonus is higher compare with market.
The challengesHave to work more than 8 hours per day. Over time is frequently, sometime until midnight. If you feedback to manager about the over time, they will blame your fault instead of their fault. Management is considered very bad. No plan, the tasks are rushing style. Production support is nightmare, they can trigger you anytime, even you sleep or hangout, issues have to be fixed ASAP. No much guidance, have to self investigate in a big system, easy to get lost. The process in development and deployment is very complicated and weird.

Performance Base Company, Fast Pace and High Stress Working Environment
The good things1. Annual Bonus on average is higher than similar industry company in Malaysia. 2. Flexibility on working from home due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The challenges1. Fast Pace and High Work Load Working Environment, which using Agile development cycle and tasks are required to complete and deploy to production within 1 sprint (7 days). 2. High Stress Working Environment, major issue is required to resolved within 4 hours and issue checking update is required to report from times to times. 3. Inconsistence working hours, deployment hours not consistence can be as early as 2 A.M. or 3 A.M., not able to achieve work life balance schedule

    Don't expect too much
The good thingsFlexible working hours, but expect to stay more than 10 hours. Not professional, CEO doesn't accept employee's ideas. Good benefits, but low in pay.
The challengesWorking culture will never changed when the root is still growing. Superiors are more focusing on "flavourism. BE PREPARED for PLP in the company if you want to get a good bonus and good increment. You won't learn much except office politics.

The good thingspeople here are friendly. and working time is flexible.
The challengesREALLY no life, lot of OT, you need to work on Weekend to finish the job. Currently highest record is work 19 hours per day. Manager value speed more than quality.

it was a culturalistic company which bring out all people that working here to have work life balance and also providing good guidance to people working as fresh.
The good thingscompany got provide employee with better coaching from senior or people that have experience. i have a high growth and learning curve in this company , company will provide training internally and also have lot of experience technical lead which can give lot of advice in technical. Mostly there are no spoon feeding concept, everyone need to working out for their own way. Company doesn't provide flexibility only the working time are flexible.
The challengesDuring the time i am working sometime i will feel politic between some of the manager and also people that handling management which bring some negative impact to the organization and in a team.

A good place to start a career
The good thingsThe people here are friendly, senior are able to guide well to the juniors and new comers. The management will try to solve the problem first instead of scold the people who made mistake. Have a cosy environment to let people to work in.
The challengesThe management lack of experience in guiding the people. High turnover rate. The people keep blaming the mistake to others instead take responsibility of it. Sometime need to work on multitask and overtime in order to rush the project in time. Allowance and benefits is not so well.

    High learning curve
The good thingsIf you want to learn something new and eager to do so, Nettium would be a choice for you as you would learn a new thing(s) and helpful people to guide you and back you up.
The challengesDepends on how a Business Analyst together with Project Manager in the team manage their team as well as on how you collaborate with the team with like separate the tasks given by User, and if there is a few of backlogs, prioritize the tasks and / or hold on the tasks that needs to be plug in into backlogs. Then you will do just fine.

    Amazing Experience!
The good thingsLearn a lot of new things, especially with the latest technology used, so our work can be better & efficient. Young working environment with good flexibility on certain workflow. As a performance-driven company, good rewards awaits if you exceeded the minimum expectations.
The challengesSome are mis-understanding or abusing the tagline \"Business Not As Usual\", hence some things are not standardize or no proper procedure. What is allowed today, may no be allowed or practical anymore next time, to certain condition. It may be confusing sometimes.

    Great Experience
The good thingsTraining is provided, opportunity is given. Working environment is young and energetic. It is a performance driven company that allows me to prove my ability but not wait for age come then only promote.
The challengesIt is a performance driven company! We need to take our initiative. Some people might feel unfair as they will feel the management only focus on certain group of people. But for me, opportunity is only given to people who are ready for it and willing to take ownership on it.

Everythng is good expect top management.
The good thingsCan learn a lot of different thing if you are in right team. A right project manager with allow you to propose new technology with proper research. Encourage job rotation.
The challengesSometime you need to communicate with other team's member to understand the whole pictures of the system. Sometime you are allow to propose new things to your project manager but most of the time will rejected by top management just because they think that is not good. Not all senior/solution architecture are knowledgeable.

The good thingsVibrant and young workforce with an admirable office space to work in. The events hosted out of BAU are also a plus.
The challengesThe management and the nonsense at the top hinders any work. Manager unable to communicate effectively or consciously. Horrible experience with a shallow individual who has a distorted way of thinking and a poor attitude to go with it.

The good thingsAmazing working environment, with many opportunities for learning and development, as well as career growth. Will certainly recommend to anyone looking for a place to either start their careers or go all in.
The challengesThere's nothing really challenging here, but there's always room for improvement. the good news is that Nettium is continuously looking for ways to improve its employee experience and culture, and I think that's a great initiative by any organization.

High-performing company that care about employees
The good thingsThey promote performance based culture, they will reward the employees based on performance instead of seniority. And they always organize social and leisure events and activities for employees to mingle around and enjoy. This company really embrace Work Hard, Play Hard culture
The challengesChallenging and high pressure. This company is not for those who seek a stable 9 to 5 job as the managers and colleagues will demand you to perform better and better. And sometime the pressure come from the pressing project delivery deadline.
