    Basically you on your own.
    The good thingsBenefit of vending machine for staff with monthly RM30 token.
    The challengesToo many director friends working here, few listed companies operating in the same floor. Too many politicians in the companies and HR are selective when taking action. The directors have no vision, no business acumen and leadership quality.

    The good thingsNot much of pressure and work balance is good as your plan for your own tasks
    The challengesManagement has no direction, no business plans and the great challenges here is many good talkers and friends of the bosses working here. I would say politicking, shoe licking and HRM practicing double standard policy. No support from management even when executing tasks for the company.
