    The good thingsis all about the people you work with, not the founder or the management.
    The challengesthe founder/so called CEO need to really humble himself, listen to what employees really need. do not pick so much on unnecessary things. be fair to everyone, look into those who did not talk but do the work. do not just listen to 1 side story. most credits earned by the higher management.

    The challengesNo plannings and SOPs, everything constantly changing without prior notice and explainations. When can't cope, they use that as you being "culturally unfit"

    The good thingsWork with many young colleague. Ok if you junior staff because enjoy new office environement, some free sncks, free parking.
    The challengesNo proper HR here. Process koyak. Sales driven, fast company. Unsure if bonus payment told upfront is true. Now waiting to see. Not best place if you reporting directly to the boss. Many leaving.

    The good things1) Freedom to explore on possibilities on every work can be done.` 2) Transparent policy, nothing hide from management. 3) Learning culture. 4) Everybody are equal, team work. 5) Fast decision making, no dilly dally.
