    Overall, Good team, but pay and fairness need improvement
    The good thingsThe team works well together, with everyone being helpful and supportive of one another.
    The challengesThe current salary structure could be improved, as diploma holders are receiving salaries similar to SPM-level employees, which may not reflect their qualifications. Additionally, there appears to be a gap in treatment between executive and non-executive staff, raising concerns about fairness. If not addressed, this may discourage fresh diploma graduates from applying, as the compensation and overall benefits may not meet their expectations

    The good thingsCan gain experience all types of roles and responsibilities. They let you design and implement projects for production improvements.
    The challengesWhen comes to design and implement projects, need to implement using fully recycle item and lend other departments hand tools & power tools. Quite hard to get promotions due to interested to Fresh Graduate and fully experience in Plastic Injections and Metal Stamping.

    The good thingsGood colleagues, salary on time, can claim for OT and medical, attendance allowance for non-executive, working days monday-friday only.
    The challengesIf heavy rain, the front gate will flood. Need to talk with new foreign worker when they can't talk in malay/english at all. But their foreign workers are all good and behave very well.

    The good thingsGood team work and supporting boss. Near with home and no need to rushing for go work. Always spend time together with team member for celebrate special day. Always give advise each other with member team for solve problems
    The challengesNeed to catch up for deadlines each document. Must fast for every action if anything problems come. Willing to work extra time or stay back after working hours to complete the task. Need to speed for doing last minute paperwork if container cannot complete follow the closed time.

    The good thingsI've learn more about the robot programming. Before i join this company, I'm just have a theoretical knowledge about robot. After join this company and handle the robot, i know how to teaching and program the robot. Otherwise i the company send me to the training for learning the offline programming and basic irc5 controller at ABB Malaysia. I've learn more about robot and its very enjoy.
    The challengesFor the robotic side, we have many new part to run for production. So i need to make sure the new part that have run at the robot must be done the program first before the new part team teating at our robot. So the that are the challenges taht i face during my work. And one more thing, i need to study ho to transfering the program from table 1 to table 2. That been quit difficult for my side.
