    It is an amazing experience I have ever had in my life!
    The good thingsIt has a wonderful working surrounding to start your first time working experience with a great supporting staff and manager . You will never miss out the chance to work with such a perfect company and I will make sure you will gain much experience than you ever had before at any place you had work before.
    The challengesI wish for more spacious workplace as the company are growing and there is an addition in volume of staff . Other facilities such as canteen and pantries also need to be improved for the better use. Other than that is a no problem to me . I love this company and it is a big loss for me to release the job.

    Very eye opening and fill with experiences from the constant projects assigned
    The good thingsThe people in the work environment are very supportive and understanding of our situations and circumstances especially when the projects are assigned to interns. They are also very helpful especially when offering their services and assistance to interns especially in helping us to achieve the success and outcomes of our industrial training.
    The challengesLack of standardize projects given to the interns. Most of the projects assigned are due to circumstances that occured in the manufacturing department (SV division) such as product failure, machine failure and low efficiency and low production output. Due to that, the first month of working in NHF the interns do not have anything productive to do.

    The good things1. Good opportunity to explore into different departments job scopes: sales, marketing, purchasing, logistic, inventory and customer service. 2. No follow up cases in weekend/after work as hangphone is not allowed in office. 3. Able to leave office on time. 4. Bonus 5. Free parking 6. Standard of Operation (ISO) 7. Relatively higher salary in Klg area. 8. Clean office but 0 privacy
    The challenges1. To have a True Effective and structured organisation chart. 2. To be more competitive in new product development and pricing. 3. To invest more in marketing segment 4. To upgrade employee benefits in OT, annual leaves, entitlr public holidays. 5. A Real pantry 6. Sufficient wash room 7. Sufficient parking lot
