    Friendly Colleagues and willing to help when facing problem
    The good thingsColleague is friendly and willing to teach.
    The challengesAll control by Singapore HQ sales manager without any explanation,without any guide and advise, must follow he instruction at all time without fail. In fact , company is good but with poor management manger and all staffs resign due to this reason.
