    3 to 4 years in the role, current employee
    can learn something new,but even i already work for 2years(last time),the company hard to increase the salary.and unjust system
    The good thingsSome of them will teach u when u ask for something , funny co-workers and good manners
    The challengesFight to senior for customers because normally regular customer just want to be serve by senior,increase workers salaries when it's been a years (depend on performance and 1st basic given,
