The challengesThe management to be quite poor, lacking in both direction and leadership. Most of the time, had to work and make decisions on my own without any clear guidance. When things went wrong, management was quick to question but rarely provided any solutions or constructive feedback. Additionally, the engineering team was weak and unprofessional, which led to many unnecessary issues.
