The good thingsi like the opportunity to cover various fields when reporting on the ground. there is autonomy in finding your own stories especially human interest.
The challengestoo many superiors asking / giving different directives. one who had been long at this company might find the company's goals changes from time to time.

    Freedom and fun working environment.
The good thingsThe company provide good facilities to boost their working skills, in house training, sports and concern about staff healthiness.
The challengesNeed to blend with senior employee and UNION staff where most of them been working more than 20 years. They more comfortable with old culture instead of new idea. Right method need to apply to communicate with them.

    Good environment
The good thingsI love the work environment, after some years with NSTP it feels like home. But when things are too comfortable, your learning curve will become plateau.
The challengesAs a millennial, I didn't get a chance for a career advancement. I want to transfer to another department, but my manager didn't let me. So frustrated!

    A place full of knowledge
The good thingsI really really love doing my internship programme here. There is so many knowledge that I could learn from all of my editors. They will provide you with tons of tips and tricks, information and many other things. The working environment is so good. Its calming and there is almost no pressure at all. Our bosses are super kind. They will always cheer me up whenever I was feeling down. Anyways, it is a good place to begin your career with!
The challengesTo be honest, the one thing that I find it hard for me is that I was not a Journalism student. I didn't get to learn much about news writing and reporting when I was studying so it is quite hard for me to adapt to this work. But, it is still a precious experience for me and I couldn't thank my SVs and bosses enough for the experience and knowledge they gave me!

    Good Thing about NSTP
The good thingsIt offer good environment of working. Good staff and management. Give always support for the new staff to learn and get a new knowledge. High chances to get promoted if we shown our performance keep increasing.
The challengesThere is nothing big challenges. Maybe they can add up more branches as it will make the clients easy to seek for consultation.
