It is so good after change of management

The good thingsFriendly boss and colleagues, flexible starting hours, casual dress, free lunch by the company once in a while, negotiable salary based on your performance, at least one increment yearly

The challengesIf the project is by the company itself, it is easy to negotiate the timeline. However project that involve other company, sometimes you get crazy short due dates.
