The challengesAs other reviews mention, the micromanagement here is crazy: what time you tag into office, lunch hour, how you do your job, what time you go home. If the management is at fault, staff take the blame. Its very boring because the management only has one style of doing things and you cannot suggest anything new, they say you can but they will shut down your idea. They will promise rewards but actually nothing. If you make the mistake of working here, just take the money and find another job. Benefits and leave minimal so they don't get in trouble with labor dept, don't bother
