    The good thingsJoining Next Energy has truly changed my life. I started with zero technical knowledge, but with the right training, guidance, and team spirit, I’ve grown into one of the top sales performers in the company. One of the biggest reasons for my growth is the strong support system here. Boss Lim, Boss Steven, and our Sales Director are not just leaders, they are mentors who are supportive, hands-on, and always pushing us to grow, improve, and lead with integrity.
    The challengesAs a sales consultant at Next Energy, I also work closely with the Engineering Team and Customer Service Team. This teamwork has greatly improved my communication skills and helped me develop a deeper understanding of the full project cycle. We always help each other, solve problems together, and focus on giving clients the best experience.

    I very rarely leave reviews. However, this is one company, NEXT ENERGY most deserving of one! I really admire both my young bosses, Mr Steven and Mr Lim whom very personable and professional. Their ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best brings out the best in all of us, driving our collective success. Looking at my past working experience of almost 28 years, I have never been in place where I've felt so welcome by so many people, the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! Can't say enough good things about Next Energy. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Next Energy is my second family for now & forever!! I am blessed to be part of Next Energy's growth and success in the future!!😍💪

    Experience of Working at Next EnergyI joined the company as a fresh graduate, initially looking for a role in customer service. I never expected that one call from Mr. Steven would open a door to something so much bigger, a place that not only gave me a chance, but believed in my potential even before I saw it in myself. From the very first interview to becoming a full-time employee, the journey has been nothing short of transformative. The company culture, the people, and the environment made me feel like I found a second home. To be fully transparent, I was once a shy and uncertain graduate. Today, I’ve grown in ways I never imagined, both professionally and personally. I’m incredibly grateful for my bosses. They are leaders who are genuinely invested in your growth. I'm also grateful and for my colleagues. They are people who will never hesitate to support you through any challenge.
