The good thingsYou literally have to learn how to fend for yourself from day one. The benefits of such an environment are that your character grows exponentially. You will learn how to harden yourself, and expand your skill set and job competency far beyond your technical expertise.
The challengesThe challenge here is that the work environment and expectations are not for the faint-hearted and also very fast pace, and intense.

Comfortable environment but stressful
The good thingsWorking environment is comfortable, sometimes it feels like home. Colleagues here are helpful and friendly, they are willing to provide guidance if you require it.
The challengesGets very stressful at times. Could definitely improve on the medical benefits, the amount is too low and clinic options are too limited as not everyone lives in the same location. Should also have a basic SOP for reference. Should also have more additional benefits.

The challengesEvery company has their own challenges working. Multitasking vs timeline is the most challenges that I can see here. This happens maybe because of not enough staff to do the job.

We will make inroad to address the intense working environment and we already made a lot of inroads. Differences in opinions exist in the company, perhaps some might take it as politics; rather manageable.
