    Great place to be an all-rounder
    The good thingsGood work-life balance. 8AM in. 6PM out. If you're a fresh graduate please come and there are plenty of opportunities to learn(Lot of works) on how to work in an organization. The first year is quite difficult especially when you need to deal with an old-style HOD from other department but when you know their work pattern it will be easier. If youre looking to relax and settledown here is the place. Higher management is ok very negotiable and supportive.
    The challengesVery poor pay rate(Batu Pahat Factory). Salary is absolutely below average. I guess the turnover rate is quite high the supervisor/engineer level and below come and go. Only the manager will stay. No career development. Very minimum use of technology( All manual/semi-auto). No Benefit. Need to use plenty of money for petrol due to factory location is quite remote in kampung but cannot claim and no petrol allowance. Bonus 1 month only. Annual Increment 100-200 only. Dont expect more unless you talk to the manager. A place to relax and settle-down but not to grow and get ready for the AI and advance tech.

    The good thingsOpportunity to grow depending on your Head of department. If you get an aggressive HOD congrats on more stress & more opportunity to grow, else prepared to just be stuck with the same pay for long periods.
    The challengesThe first sixth-day workday is a turn-off, the rest of the month 2 days off during the weekends. The factory could use more vending machines, RND, IT, brain crunching guys need high carbo intake for brain fuel burning

    Good place to gain experience for those whom don't have any work experience.
    The good thingsThe co-workers and the staffs are really helpful and supportive especially in teaching me new things and you can learn a lot about the process in making the LED light product.
    The challengesit's quite challenging when we reach the dateline of the product shipment. need to work overtime to reach the targets before the dateline. Also when we faced problem while making the product, the whole process will interrupted and it will affect our KPI's.
