The deployment on new hire in double dragon / 2Go located in pasay parang deployment ng mga alipin.
The good thingsfast hiring process and hr is responsive
The challengesLack of Transparency and Encouraging Bad Practice. The agency offered jobs without properly vetting or standardizing the client-offered compensation to ensure it was fair and humane. This practice fostered an environment of unfairness and poor working conditions for new hires, who were treated dismissively or as subordinates by the clients. Specifically, the short-term contract stipulated a certain amount, but the actual compensation differed, demonstrating a clear lack of transparency and humane initiatives.

My overall experience at Nezda has been really positive. As this was my first company, I’m very grateful for the opportunities and growth it has provided. The environment has been supportive, and I’ve learned so much.
The good thingsOne of the standout aspects of this company is the incredible incentives it offers, which truly reflect how much it values its employees' hard work and dedication. Beyond that, the people I've had the privilege to work with have been nothing short of amazing. Their support, teamwork, and camaraderie have made every day here a rewarding experience. It’s a workplace where you feel appreciated and inspired by those around you.
The challengesRamp hiring has been a significant challenge, but it's something that's expected in the recruitment industry. These situations really push me to think on my feet and sharpen my skills, especially when it comes to managing timelines, resources, and expectations. It’s tough, but I see it as an opportunity to grow and excel.

    Could be better.
The good thingsThere are people in this company that will really help you grow. They will be very supportive and they will give you the support you need to thrive in your career.
The challengesThey put people in leadership roles with poor leadership skills and it effects the morale of those who are really performing. They tolerate people who are not doing their job as long as they're friends with some of the bosses.

Stay to grow but learn when to leave
The good thingsThey know how to pick good people to work & have fun with. The people we report directly to care for us and your workmates can be your friends. This is can be a good company, mostly for fresh grads to learn from.
The challengesLack of accounts/ clients to provide applicants to recently. OT Pay & other benefits aren't much and some demands can be quite spontaneous that you may not be able to prepare ahead of time. Management is so-so for me- other colleagues had firsthand problems with such. Work-life imbalance.

Okay for fresh graduates but max of 1-1 1/2 year stay
The good thingsIncentives, fast promotion if you are a performer, good training ground for customer service skill
The challengesSalary and benefits are very uncompetitive. Traditional processes and toxic culture. A higher position doesn't mean bigger scope, they promote just to retain performers but still are required to recruit.

    A Generous Recruitment Company
The good thingsIt is easy to get along with other employees and everyone is very helpful in answering any questions you have. The company is very generous with providing rewards and bonuses.
The challengesWould be better if newbies, especially fresh graduates, are given a more thorough training before being allowed to handle clients. It would also be better if one team can have their own assigned clients to avoid conflict and confusion in sourcing.

    No Work-Life Balance, Low Salary
The good things- Colleagues - Competitive incentive plan - Work Schedule is 10am - 7pm, very efficient for those who wants to avoid the rush hour.
The challenges- Low Salary - HMO will be given after 2 years - Micromanagement - Once you start working with the company, you will be shadowing a senior the employee who has the longest tenure/employment period in the team but that doesn't mean he/she has the expertise to train

employee engagement/relations is not well practiced, personal time of employees is affected in every program/activties without proper compensation
The good thingsCompany is full of millennials employees. You can establish friendship inside, and those friends will motivate and support in every challenges you will encounter inside.
The challengesSince it is a performance-based, you will encounter a lot of pressure just to keep your performance great.

    Challenging
The good thingsWorking in Nezda even for not so long has been a great experience for me. Im glad that this was my first job. The job, technical recruiter, was very challenging. I had quotas to meet. It wasn't easy but for me it was fun. The environment was very good. My coworkers are like family.
The challengesAs I was just in a project-based period and was not able to finish it for personal reasons, I think the salary was fair since im a fresh graduate. But if there's one thing that I would like to change is the unpaid overtime and extra day to work,.

The good thingsGood working environment, uncapped commission
The challengesIt's not an 8 hour job. You have to be on it 24/7 to be effective but it all boils down to how you strategize and prioritize your work.

    Stressful
The good thingsBasic salary is pretty average but the performance bonus is quite good. Work environment is good.
The challengesManagement is prone to pressure employees to do overtime for many hours even if OT is NOT PAID. Management also pressures everyone to work on rest days, again NOT PAID. High level of office politics.
