Communication between top management needs improvement, otherwise it's a pretty good workplace
The good thingsI was very fortunate to have worked under a wonderful team which supports one another and a superior who gives proper guidance and advice. Working hours are standard, they do not enforce 'working overtime'. The job isn't too stressful, work-life balance can be achieved when you work here.
The challengesNot a place recommended for career development as it's pretty much a dead end, you can only learn to a certain limit. A promotion is very difficult to come by here. The main issue with this company is the communication between the top management which often hinders the workflow progress, even for simple tasks. No benefits and minimal bonus.

If you like working long hours and not get a lot money this is the job for you
The good thingsI get to meet and see a lot of pretty girls. I get to learn the ins and outs of a retail job. It is fun but you need to devote a lot of your time to the shop so in return you don't really get much time for yourself.
The challengesNot much i guess the worst is working together with other staff whom are lazy and trying to keep in good relation with your crazy boss.

It is not a good place for you to learn from professional. Working culture is way too conservative.
The good thingsMost of the colleagues are easy going.
The challengesCompany has no proper production schedule and planning, most of the time you have to work base on management sudden decision. No yearly evaluation or increment for employee.

A Challenge that I never knew I would face and GROW from it
The good thingsThough it ain't a huge MNC, but this company has provided the necessary avenues for me to grow into a much stronger individual in terms of my career development, Professionally and Personally. The job can be tedious at times, but it is the tough that keeps me going to strive for a better and more effective performance! And with the support from my direct report, I see growth in me in years to come
The challengesWorking in a small team was challenging as you would need to take many ad-hoc portfolios under your own wing. Stretching myself further than my usual limits is something that was a little hard to cope at first, but with the right kind of support from the colleagues and department, everything seems POSSIBLE!
