Not recommended. Stay away. You will be prone to toxic work culture and your mental health.The good thingsIf you are a fresh or newbie, you will learn the engineering process and how to design from scratch.
The challenges1. Worst work-life balance.They promote and practice overtime instead. You are needed to work on additional or current tasks assigned beyond your working hours eventhough you still have days to finish.You need to come on saturdays as well .You will be treated differently if you refuse.
2. Even if you follow what they demand, you wont be valued.The boss doesnt value your opinions.You will be treated as you do what i say and dont question my decision.
3. Terrible in terms of balancing work and entertainment.They would have celebrations as birthdays,raya,secret santa and more events but your work stays the same.You will be required to attend those events after work and mostly on random weekdays and its not placed on fridays.You still have to finish your work on time despite these issues and if you dont attend their events, you will be labelled not supportive or unfriendly .
