    Don't waste time here.
    The good thingsLax environment. You come or not does not matter.
    The challengesNo basic salary. Some already here for 7 months still unable to move on to real company account. No good trainer.

    Good learning and gain experience on trading
    The good thingsThe manager will guide and teach you how to do trading even you don't have any experience in trading. This helps to gain experience in looking at the market moving daily, which get knowledge on technical. Colleagues are friendly and the environment overall is good and gets the work-life balance.
    The challengesMay need to improve on management which suggests providing more benefits. More rely on your own performance because different people had different progression. It depends on how fast you can learn and trade.

    The best company I have ever joined
    The good thingsThere are no micro managing in the company, the bosses give you a lot of freedom to get your work done without interfering the process on how it should be done. As well, they are Asian Canadians who believes in work life balance. They will not make you stay in the office even if your work is not done, they believes in a good work life balance, creates a great outcome of work productivity.
    The challengesAs Canadians, sometimes they may not get use to the culture practice in Malaysia, certain rules and policies may seems fine to execute in other country but it may be difficult to execute in Malaysia. I guess it really takes time for them to understand the culture practice here and get used to them in no time! Anyway, the foundation of the company is strong enough to keep it running.
