Great Work Experience & Culture but Poor Salary Increment & Benefits

The good thingsGreat Company Culture where Colleagues are almost like Family. Management cares & look towards your personal development. Lots of Opportunity to Travel for work with a valid reason.

The challengesNeed better Salary Increments & Benefits towards keeping employees in the company. Have more opportunities for training & development of Employees.
