    The challengesYou need to work on every Sat. Without systems (Inventory & Sales are not matched) Without life (Sales Person need to key in Invoice/PO by own.) Without guidelines (Everything with Word of Mouth or tonnes Paper with alot amendments.) Without Development (Everyone is doing thing manually, no innovative approach.) Without Marketing (It's a No.)

    The good thingsSALARY AND BENEFITS FOR STAFF IS GOOD COMPARE WITH OTHERS COMPANY.
    The challengesMANAGEMENT IS ONE OF THE ISSUE AS THIS IS FAMILY BUSINESS AND COMPANY. LOTS OF STAFF IS LINK WITH EACH OTHERS DUE TO CERTAIN RELATIONSHIP BESIDE COLLEAGUES. DELIVERY IS ANOTHER CHALLENGE NO MATTER IS FOR STOCK IN OR STOCK OUT.
