    I had experience working with IT department here for almost 2 years. All I can say the boss was very toxic. The HOD was well known in the company for his behavior yelling and cursing at his staff when things did not went the way he liked. That job almost gave me anxiety. For those who received job offer with IT department here, please think twice.

    The challengesOne of the companies that does not care for the welfare of workers. All the things about this company is very very very very very very BAD. Trust me.. I've already been there😌

    Unfair treatment over my 8 years loyalty
    The good things1) Free parking 2) Free meal 3) Free biscuits 4) Claimable toll 5) Clean environment 6) Good location 7) Stable increment and bonus 8) Annual dinner 9) Angpow
    The challenges1) No appreciation and recognition although massive achievements and performances. 2) Job training based on employer "needs" only. 3) Salary not on par with job responsibility. 4) Unfair treatment and offer. 5) Higher rank promotion based on yos and age. 6) Signed 5 years service bond without any extra benefits and perks. 7) Attended japanese class, but requested to pay back during resign.

    Beneficial Allowance
    The good thingsThe best part is allowance given by Nichia are beneficial and satisfying. They have a lot types of allowances. Other than that, no one can compete holiday given by this company.

    The good thingsAlthough every staff started from below, the company always welcome high achievers and give opportunity to improve oneself.
    The challengesThe hectic schedule to meet the production target is indeed very challenging. Especially for maintenance team when machinery breakdown occurs. Staff needs to determine the problem, solve it and resume production as fast as possible without compromising possible mistakes in future.
