    A mix between good and not-so-good
    The good thingsThe salary is disbursed punctually and includes numerous employee benefits, such as food coupons, medical cards, and various allowances.
    The challengesThe upper management consists of individuals without professional backgrounds. It can be quite difficult to take annual leave under their management. Additionally, the cafeteria has not opened for outside tender and has been using the same company for a long time, resulting in food quality that may not be very appetizing.

    Great place to start work.
    The good thingsAccept candidates either walk-in or scheduled interview. Accept overtime if needed, but no overwork policy. If occur, they asked to take a day leave. Annual leave getting better as your working year is increasing up to 5 years.
    The challengesAs a technician, new problem arised within the old machine. Really hard to take leave if its not an emergency one.

    Working environment is not good..
    The good thingsAfter the replacement of new Managing Director things seem to get better. Japanese staff are more friendly than before. The external Union has also took some advantage to protect employee rights after being elected by majority of the staff.
    The challengesAs the production runs 24hours not so many worker being supervised properly especially during night shift. Quality problems not easy to control as the poor communication exist between management and downline worker.
