    The good thingsEnvironment are good.Subordinates and all co-workers are friendly and supportive. Team spirit was very strong here. Whenever issues arise problem solving were not a problem anymore as all work as a team to solved the issues.

    NICE PLACE TO WORK WITH
    The good thingsI do enjoy obviously 5 days work for management staff. Instead of basic. The best part is for those with lower salary, they entitle to subsidy provided by the company to eat in canteen. For muslim, nice and large surau provided. All uniform (from shoes to shirts) are provided and furthermore even stationery like pencil and pen also provided. In short, you just come to the office and work.
    The challengesI wish each department got their own (store room) so that we can keep old file. Now only have one room which is server room and being shared with other department. For my department which use a lot of paper, will get trouble in filling as we dont really have enough space to do so. Furthermore, i suggest for them to conduct half yearly training to motivate staff so they will be more enjoy working

    The good thingsThe company was previously named as Kenseisha (M) Sdn. Bhd. It change the name after the customer bought this company right after the flood in 2011. I've started my first job here when it set my career path until now, perhaps with the support if very good colleagues, i've manage to learn how QA do their jobs. Thanks to them for my career now in QA.
    The challengesAt that time, i was a one year contract worker. Due to flood issue, i was given 1months resign noticed. it could better if that time, i am permanent worker so the position must secure for me also as it takes time for to find another at that time as i can say i struggle to find another job.
