Employees at Nifco Manufacturing appreciated the work-life balance, as well as the opportunities to learn and gain new knowledge. Fresh graduates felt supported with encouragement and knowledge sharing. However, there were several potential challenges mentioned, including low basic salaries similar to fresh graduates, a high turnover rate, limited medical benefits, mismatches between job titles and actual work, issues with management such as ad hoc tasks and slow career development, too many meetings, additional work on top of regular tasks, and small yearly increments.
