    Win as a team
    The good thingsI've learned how to manage and handle more than 30 employees in one store, in the same time learned in organisation of the stocks inventory and operations stuff such as scheduling arrangement on manpower etc.
    The challengesHonesy, the most challenging is when handling with the bad attitude employees but still can be handled due to we have the employee misconduct policy which we need to gently remind and coaching them about the rules and regulations.

    A good start for fresh graduates
    The good thingsThe working environment is nice, there will be a Nike product staff purchase for permanent employee but not for contracted (like me). Also, there will be a half day for every 3rd week Friday of the month, they called it as work life balance.
    The challengesThe receipts from Nike factory store were very messy, sometime it takes me a lot of time to re-arrange it for Audit purposes.

    Great pay and benefits but!
    The good thingsPay is higher than most international brands. High flexibility of off days. Work hours are kept to bare minimum. However be ready to serve many many customers.
    The challengesManagement has to buck up on certain areas. The xomoany did not pay my PCB for the duration that i was working there! I am currently in the process of either getting payed back or sueing them.
