Good Salary, Bad Decisions from the Top
The good thingsThere are always plenty of events with great food. They offer attractive basic salaries, as the 13th-month bonus remains just a dream for employees at this company. If you’re someone who thrives on pleasing higher-ups and your boss, this place will suit you well.
The challengesManagers in Malaysia are easy to work with, no issues there. The problem is with overseas management: constant micromanaging, unnecessary changes, and the removal of key benefits like work-from-home. There’s no clear reason, and zero retention strategy.
