    Great for Intern to work in Mould Assurance Department
    The good thingsThe surrounding atmosphere is well care. I am pleasured to experience the professional works and strict ethics that is shown by the senior engineer and department manager of the company. The knowledge I gain is too much for me to use but in the future it is needed. For intern, it is a great experienced to be work with humble and great people
    The challengesThe working schedule for the mould operation is changed depend on the customer need. So we have to maintenance the mould that is needed for its operation work

    The good thingslearning how to manage the machine based on what product that need to be running.
    The challengesfirst 2 week(especially on the first day you come down to production depatment), the technician not even bother to teach/show us(intern) what is going/happening.

    Calm and amazing environment.
    The good thingsThe staff is friendly and are willing to teach you. The company also provides free lunch and the rest time between working hours are acceptable. Professional in handling and tackle the problems by brainstorming "Jissen Dhojo". Overall, it's a great working environment.
    The challengesWhen there is no work to be done, you will be so bored that you would start to find unrelated work just to fill the time.

    The good thingsStaff and even from managers post are very helpful in term of conveying knowledge and information. The staff are very friendly, always having sport together and even go for fishing on monthly basis. Good place if you rather like to work at a factory or stay at one place for a very long time, don't expect to much salary increment though.
    The challengesChances to get high initial salary and high salary increment is very low, and might be disappointing for ambitious B.ENG holder. Also, career advancement might be an issues. But, if you like that area (Mantin), you'll love that company.
