Huge facilities even had its own 132kV substation
The good thingsThe welfare of the workers are well taken care of with a good relationship between the Union and the Management. If you're looking for a place to learn, they have it all.
The challengesDon't expect a promotion within your first five years here because the much experience staff never left the company.

A very good company for the fresh graduate to gain working experience in industrial line.
The good thingsBenefit for staff allowances (commitment, meal, perfect attendance, house, car, zero mc) is the best compare others manufacturing company. But for medical coverage is limited subject to position level. Relationship between Management and staff consider ok. Parking free. Fully Medical check up its a must for staff annually. Bonus also not bad. Increament depends on your post level.
The challengesYou have to be the most patience person if you are looking for career development & upgrading your post level to the next higher level.

Very happy with the work environment. A lot of opportunity to take part in other activities. Your performance is given the best valuation and shown in the salary increament and annual bonus.
The good thingsEstablish ISO 9001 AND ISO 14001 and moving towards OSHA18001. Training are regularly conducted. You also learn to be good leader and improve your communication skill. Your knowledge and skill is not limited just to your department but sometimes need to integrate with with process and section. So, your challenges are not limited and changes are inevitable for your position.
The challengesDue to preferences of different top management personnel, it is sometimes difficult to shine the skill and knowledge. Hence, there are manpower turnover in certain areas.
