    Working at Nippon is such a great experience for the fresh graduate due to this company had teach you a lot of things regarding shipping job scope
    The good thingsA lot of things to lead the project since the mentor had guide employee well to fulfill the job task. Every year, Nippon Express will increase the employee's salary & will provide bonus every end of January (subject to work performance).
    The challengesWe need to systematically organize our work to facilitate work. I hope Nippon's management needs to clearly explain the scope of work towards employees when they work with Nippon because different companies have different organizations.

    The good thingsNippon Express (M) Sdn Bhd serves as a school to graduates and people who are interested in learning about total logistics. One thing for sure there will teach and show you the tips and tricks in tackling customers and also managing your customers.
    The challengesThe company needs to improve not only in terms of employee benefits but also in terms of providing a career path for employee to have a goal in the long run. In addition they should look into increasing the current salary according to the current market price.
