The good thingsUpgrade myself with skills to setup machine manually. Prepare my knowledge totally compare with experience to get the best result. Follow the rule and instruction to achieve quality improvement target. Safety requirement and knowledge about invironmental policy give me the high valueable to achieve company yield.
The challengesNeed to combined with knowledge and experience together to get any changes about machinery setting improvement. Improvement procedure to follow up and monitoring can get more achievement quality. Targetted many time as a company rule can get more valuable for the long time being company circulation.
