    The good thingsWork life balance, no pressure after work hour
    The challengesStagnant work culture due to majority veteran staff holding their role for more than 20 years, new idea is rarely acceptable. Infighting and politic between management causes company direction and growth to be very unclear. Benefit for executive is non existent and not competitive.
