The company technology definitely differentiate itself from other local competitor. Co worker always supportive and working as a family.

Company should adopt changes faster by giving opportunities to new comer implement new ideas into the company environment. Salary scale should be balance with the job load provided.     The good thingsEncourage to participate on innovating or patenting new development or technology world wide under company group. Good for fresh learner or graduate to develop their knowledge and experience by utilising their theory or practical skill after graduation.
    The challengesWorking with senior or old timers which purely depend the experience gain rather than apply scientific approach to move forward. Application on rules / instruction / law / operation standards are poorly manage and follow by upper level till blue colour level. Weak in utilising / applying tools whenever need to monitor or improve any sort of activities conducted.
